Refund Policy

At UnderWonder Flowers of Phoenix, we take pride in creating beautiful, handcrafted arrangements with the freshest flowers available. Each bouquet is designed with care and made to bring joy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to making things right.

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the arrangement and a brief description of the issue so we can evaluate the situation. If your complaint is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the specific case.

We are unable to offer refunds for issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery. We also do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or for flowers that were cared for improperly after delivery. Once a bouquet has been delivered and accepted, the responsibility for proper care lies with the recipient.

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order. After that, we may have already started processing your flowers and cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
