An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we cannot fulfill it — for example, if the delivery area, flowers, or timing requested are unavailable.

Pricing & payment

Flower substitution

Fresh flowers are seasonal and supply varies daily. To deliver on time and at the quality you expect, we may substitute individual flowers, colors, or container for items of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, palette, and feel of the arrangement you chose. If you need an exact recreation of a photo, please call us before ordering.

Delivery

Cancellations

Plans change — just reach us as early as possible. You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin preparing or dispatching your order. Once an arrangement has been made or sent out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Quality guarantee & refunds

We stand behind every arrangement. If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (a photo helps) and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because flowers are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

Gift messages & content

You’re responsible for the content of any gift message or note you submit. Please keep it lawful and respectful; we may decline messages that are abusive, threatening, or illegal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.
