Under Wonder Flowers (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a mother-and-daughter florist based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order we ask only for what we need to make and deliver it:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
• Delivery details — the recipient’s name, delivery address or ZIP code, preferred delivery window, and any gift message or order notes you add.
• Payment confirmation — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the amount and order reference. We do not collect or store your card number — payments are handled entirely by Stripe (see below).

How we use it

• To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order — for example to confirm delivery details or resolve an issue.
• To keep records of orders for accounting and customer-service purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Service providers we share with

• Stripe — processes card payments securely. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Telegram — new orders are sent to our internal team chat so we can act on them quickly.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes standard server request data.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses the minimum necessary technology to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them and the choices available to you.

Calls & messages

If you provide a phone number, you consent to us contacting you about your order by phone call or text message. We do not send marketing texts without separate, explicit opt-in.

Data retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
