Shipping Policy

At UnderWonder Flowers of Phoenix, we take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted bouquets with care and punctuality. We currently offer local delivery throughout Phoenix, AZ and select surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM (MST). Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day or on the selected future date during checkout. We deliver every day of the week, Monday through Sunday.

Delivery fees depend on the recipient’s location and will be calculated during checkout. Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions—follow us on Instagram @underwonder.flowers to stay updated.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address. If no one is present, we may leave the bouquet in a safe shaded area, contact the recipient or sender, or arrange redelivery for an additional fee.

It’s important to double-check that the delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing address information.

If you prefer to pick up your flowers instead of having them delivered, simply select the “Pick-Up” option at checkout. We'll notify you as soon as your bouquet is ready.

While we always strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays due to weather or traffic conditions can occur. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
